Every parcel passes through these stages on its way to Pakistan, India, Azad Kashmir or worldwide.
Your parcel is collected or dropped off and logged into our system with a tracking number.
Your parcel arrives at our warehouse, is checked, sorted and prepared for onward shipping.
Your shipment leaves the UK by sea or air, depending on the service you booked.
Your parcel clears customs at the destination and is delivered to the receiver.
Tracking is updated at each major stage of your shipment's journey - booking, warehouse arrival, processing, departure from the UK, and delivery. It's not a live GPS feed, so there can be a short gap between physical movement and the status updating.
Double-check the number matches exactly what's on your receipt. If you booked very recently, it can take a few hours to appear in the system. If it's still not showing after a day, contact us and we'll look into it directly.
Sea freight in particular can show the same status for a couple of weeks while it's genuinely in transit - this is normal. If you're concerned about a specific shipment, give us a call with your tracking number and we'll check its status directly with our team.
This depends on how far along your shipment is. Contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number if you need to make a change, and we'll let you know if it's still possible.
Have your tracking number ready and give us a call - we're happy to help.
